we have 2 spectacular sales coming in september!
Our first sale, Sept. 11-13th holds all you need to set up a home, replace old items and get those kiddos settled into new dorm rooms and apartments.
Our next sale, Sept. 17 - 20th will be held at a warehouse as 2 families are downsizing several homes. We are hosting a preview party prior to opening the doors for shopping and light beverages. You can still purchase your tickets here if you would like to join us!

Know Before You Go
Shopping Policies & Pick-up Guidelines
All sales are final. Please ensure that furniture, artwork, or clothing fits your needs, as we are unable to offer refunds.
Loading and Transportation: You are responsible for loading your purchases or arranging for pickup. We do not hold merchandise once purchased.
No Advance Sales: Items will not be sold prior to the scheduled sale date.
Safety and Courtesy: We are not liable for accidents. Please remain mindful of your surroundings, and supervise children at all times.
Damage Policy: Please handle all items with care. Any broken or damaged merchandise must be purchased.
Closing Time: The sale concludes at 2:00 PM on Saturday. Please ensure all purchases are taken with you by this time.
Payment Options & Purchase Policies
We accept cash, checks, and credit cards (a 3.99% fee applies to credit card transactions). To avoid potential issues with payment processing, we recommend bringing cash or a check to ensure you can complete your purchase. Please note, we do not hold unpaid merchandise.
When paying by check, a valid driver’s license number, birthdate, and current phone number are required. Returned checks will be referred to the District Attorney for collection.
